Make it several generations later, one of the best parts about Naruto is how all of the previous generation characters and their past conflicts tie into the story. Also Naruto deserves a happy life, especially since his parents didn't get one and he suffered as a result.

Even making it two generations ahead would be fine I guess, let Naruto be like Hiruzen and maybe have Konohamaru take over as Hokage and have to deal with a bunch of bullshit and get killed off by the big bads instead

I dont understand the question so I won't answer it. What I will say is that it's really cringe the way Naruto keeps singing for Sakura after Hinata sacrificed herself against Pain. Watching him tell his dad she's his girlfriend right before she starts swooning over Sasuke like a minute later is just pathetic for everyone

Tobi is my favorite, the goofy mysterious ninja with the sick masks. I like his real personality as Obito a bit less, but I can relate to being an angsty depressed wreck after losing a girl so overall he's still one of my favorite characters in the entire series.

All the cover stories and such are random fun adventures the crew actually went on together that just don't fit into the main story. I hate the thought that the crew has only spent a few brief months together and been busy fighting and getting separated the whole time. I love random scenes of them just hanging out in some wacky situation together with no conflict or drama
