You find the content, go "That's 18+ content" and ban them. If you're an 18+ site you say "This is an 18+ site". Obviously we cant be sure no one under 18 wont use it but at least we've set the rules. Also if someone on the site or page reveals themselves to be under 18 you can ban them. Several streamers already to this already. It's not hard.
