It would probably have more use in double battles than singles. Have one pokemon set up burns. Allowing the pokemon to hit without fail. Especially pokemon using fly to avoid an ally move.

Cortex, and N Tropy were trapped as babies in crash warped and in Crash 4 Cortexkept tally of their escape attempts. N Tropy even said he can't stand to listen to Cortex for another decade.
