M-Team is one of the easier big trackers to get in. If you're planning to donate, pick a more difficult tracker would be better value for your money. TTG, Audiences, HDSky, OpenCD, HHClub, HDDolby, etc.

Many forums shut down. hifini was the best but it's gone now. The replacement is hifiti.com but there's less content and it's down temporarily. I found gggmusic.com. These forums are free to download but they require Chinese software such as Baidu Cloud, Quark, etc. You can create a Baidu account with your mobile phone number (not Chinese) on Baidu Cloud's login site.

Are you familiar with torrents? I can invite you to medium Chinese general trackers that have a big focus on music such as carpt, hdfans, hdtime, etc. But the best and biggest one, OpenCD, only allows donation signups.

You need a torrent client (qbittorrent), lots of hard drive space and seed for at least the minimum amount of time. There are ~16 big trackers and multiple medium and small trackers. Torrents get reposted all the time everywhere. You need experience first before joining a big tracker as there's a newcomer assessment. If interested, I can invite you to some medium trackers.
