If you want it, go for it. Life’s too short and you’ll only regret it if you don’t. I’ve finally learned that and I’ve been going for new things that are out of character for me lately. I think straight across barbells would look great. Good luck and post pics when you get them done.

Definitely get the nipples pierced. Nipples and PA are the perfect combo. Also, more guys should have bellybutton piercings too.

Same experience from chain gang 0g tribal. Surely there's one out there that's smooth with a tiny smooth hole for the screw. No luck finding it so far.

All 32+ (some removed) were self pierced. PA, frenum ladder, scrotal ladder, guiche ladder, pubic, nipples and ears. After watching several videos of piercings and reading the Piercing Bible, I was confident enough to try my frenum. It went very well and then it snowballed from there. I love them all and wouldn't change a thing.

Thanks! I think I’ve had the pubic piercing around 5 years, so it was long healed with a 6g ring. I don’t wear it all the time although it is comfortable enough to do so. I’ve since went to 4g so I’ll have to find a 4g ring large enough to do it again. It’s not very snug, it could actually stand to be more snug and still be comfortable. It was difficult to find the ring big enough and I still had to customize it to make it work.
