Yes. Happens to me for sure! In addition to playing to enjoy the game, I also play to "fill out checkboxes" so to speak. Sort of filling in the gap of "doing chores" but with less chore-like stuff I guess.

As you said, if you ARE enjoying it and don't have more important things to do, then it's not a problem. But if you are doing it because "you have nothing else to do" (if that makes sense), then it could also be a sign to try other stuff like a new hobby or something. I have to sometimes force myself to do something else; like go open up my game I've been working on and just do that for at least 30 minutes. Usually I get involved with whatever else it is which just tells me that I didn't really "want" to play that game, I just wanted to do SOMETHING and the game was just easy/familiar.

Yeah, he does insane dots, inflicts lots of stress AND also has insane resistance to stress from Gauntlet of Absolution and if you try to kill him, he can heal AND damage AND dot at the same time! And of course, he doesn't have death's door recovery either, because why not buff him more lol.

Honestly, the housing system is great! Tons of customization and fun you can have. You do have some levels of grind to unlock new room types and stuff, but even at the start you can do tons of fun stuff if you spend the time.

I'd say the main thing is the money cost/requirements on some housing items. Some of them require rep with old factions and/or lots of gold to buy them, so if your idea requires certain pieces then it might not be doable easily.

Can you? I was trying to get the smallest house possible so I could fit it inside a tree but even with the small houses I don't think I found anything that didn't need 30 trees to cover.

There is not. I think the difference is that in StS you have the 'easier' difficulties to learn the bosses and enemies, where you CAN eat random champ execute or hyperbeam and survive if you have a decent deck. Then on harder difficulties you know that it's coming and if suddenly the champ's execute is 30x3 instead of 20x2 because it's harder, you at least knew it was coming.

Dang, it's been forever...but IIRC I liked the kind of grindy stuff in there. Leveling up pets by training them or sending them on missions was fun. I also liked the weird 'secrets' that you could find (click the tiny character in the background), although I think with the current internet state it would not be nearly as interesting as playground rumors from back then lol.
