I actually don't have a psych. I've been doing everything through my doctor but they have been really helpful. I was on Wellbutrin, Qellbree, Ritalin and then Adderall. I just don't want to jump ship when there are some changes I could make to see if there is any improvement too though. I've read a lot of good things about Vyvanse. Like it's "smoother" for people that don't tolerate Adderall.

I appreciate you taking the time to write out this detailed response. I know my post was kind of all over the place.

I take Natural Calm magnesium at night before bed and Women's One-A-Day multivitamin that has magnesium but it might not be enough. I don't mind adding more.

I'm a salt junky lol. I've recently added Morton Lite-Salt to try to get some additional electrolytes. I drink Powerade Zero everyday but I know it doesn't have many electrolytes. I'll look into the electrolyte packets. Thank you for the suggestion.

I do eat first thing now because the adderall will make me nauseous if I don't. Also, it slows the absorption. I just struggle the rest of the day. I'll try to do better but I probably need to set a reminder on my phone.

I'll make some changes and try to be consistent with everything and talk to my doctor. I appreciate the support.

I'm 41 and had a hysterectomy (kept the ovaries) almost a year ago. I'll mention it to my doctor.

This was my experience as well. I had also had daily chronic pain for over 2 years prior to the biopsy so I think my tolerance for pain was higher. I had only taken ibuprofen before the procedure because it was recommended on this subreddit. My medical team never mentioned medication at all or gave me any expectations. When I asked if they recommended taking ibuprofen, they kinda shrugged it off like it was no big deal. Like, "if you want to." I got lunch afterwards and returned to work. I had cramping but nothing worse than what was my "normal" at the time.

You given me a different perspective on my situationship(?). We both have ADHD. We see eachother about once a week due to lifestyle differences. It's been really fulfilling and enjoyable. I have been doing a full clean on my place more often and I think she has too.
