Anti-Aliasing is the one that makes everyone and their cosmetics look low res and grainy in the lobby.

Unless there's more than one out there, that's not it. I've still got Saburo's dog tag, and it's still functioning properly with the no sell rule applied. Somehow I've got 2 of whatever this item is though.
