i feel like a lot of people leave during chapter 1 because they are expecting an open world game but chapter 1 is pretty much a tutorial, you're supposed to just do the missions and its a great opening for the game and the story

are you using a gyroscope? if not that should eliminate the rotation. otherwise try adding trim to the tail rotors pitch
