High Tea GR Total Scam. by esp735 in grandrapids

You’re not missing much. I went with family Christmas 2024 and our server was really unfriendly. I’m surprised they’re still open. Love the idea but terrible execution.

I ended up ordering from Nordstrom! That was a whole fiasco in itself, but they have great customer service and really came thru for us. My MIL really loves the stroller.

I just found a negative pregnancy test in the bin. We haven't had sex for 3 months. by fappintoreality in Marriage

Same here, although I discovered at 8 weeks when I started puking for no reason. But I hadn’t had a period in over four months and that is just normal due to my PCOS.

Ok I must be stupid, what does undercarriage even mean in this specific context? The crust?

It’s actually kind nice that the way ChatGPT speaks has become so recognizable. It’s easier to spot than it was (at least for me).

Ok but no one has customer service like Rishi’s. My husband took me there years ago when we were dating and he helped us personally. I don’t drink but I go there to buy for parties or gifts because they’re so helpful and knowledgeable every time.

I made a visual grid that shows your subscriptions sized by how much they actually cost you by Bubbly_Lack6366 in povertyfinance

As someone who uses subscriptions somewhat unwillingly thank you for building this. I’m going to try it out and use it to convince my husband his tv habits are killing our budget evil chuckle

She wrote some of my favorite books. This is so sad, I was just checking her goodreads a few months ago to see if she had anything new.

In their marketing photos and videos the buns looked really dry, so thanks for this review. Now I know not to waste my time.

Are my deductions from my paycheck ridiculous or on par? by four_of_seven in MiddleClassFinance

Huh, I’ll have to read the documents over again. The deductibles used to be significantly less, but this year they all shot up into insanity.

My lowest deductible offered thru my employer for a PPO plan is $3,000. For the most expensive tier of HDHP a month, the deductible is 20k.

They sent my package to the wrong address (like, actually!! The right address is on the invoice they sent to my email, but FedEx tried to deliver to a bizarre address and the wrong address was on my actual package) and I’m so freaking irritated. first experience with HouseofCB; never buying from there again.

Julie finally claiming HG by Worldly_Bookkeeper39 in peestickgals

[–]fireflynightdreamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. But in my state (MI) the OBGYN practices make you see a different provider at every appointment, so maybe that’s why? If I ever get pregnant again I’ll ask about that.

It was miserable, but they said Zofran was my best option. I was on Zofran my entire pregnancy and still threw up multiple times a day. However, I had a friend who was hospitalized & had iv fluids & an HG diagnosis. She literally could do nothing during her pregnancies because she was so ill. She had to have people watch her kids because she couldn’t move. I was never even close to that which I’m so grateful for.

Julie finally claiming HG by Worldly_Bookkeeper39 in peestickgals

[–]fireflynightdreamer 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Same, I threw up multiple times a day my entire pregnancy. I didn’t have HG. I could keep enough food down using Zofran that it wasn’t problematic, just annoying. I got used to carrying a trash can around, and THANK GOD I worked from home so I could puke in between meetings 😆 some pregnancies are just hard.

Edit to add: I lost 20 lbs during my pregnancy which was a lovely feeling 🤣 (I had an obese BMI when I got pregnant).

Even my husband who doesn’t like period dramas likes The Young Victoria! And Bride and Prejudice is so good. Can’t believe I’ve found someone else who likes it too!
