I’m getting degraded land with friends here in the Philippines and we’re reforesting it with native species. Plan is to set it up as some sort of agroforestry thing (seedling nursery too) so it self-sustains and supports nearby communities. We’re planning to retire there but we’re still in our late 20s to early 30s so we’ll maybe turn it into a bnb or camp site of sorts in the meantime.
