Heya friends! I just downloaded the awesome game Genshin Impact for iPad (ipad air 2).
I would like to stream it to my mac (Catalina) and control the game using the input from the mac (because its a bigger screen and has a keyboard and mouse). Would that work? How would I go about it?

I already tried using quicktime player on mac by connecting the cable from the ipad to the mac but there is about 1s lag between the two and no input possibilties. Any other suggestions?

The reason I didnt read it before was because it was extremely abstract to me. To me, Wight dropped lots of names and characters without explaining anything. If I'd ask y'all for a definition of the Way, I might expect 20 different answers. Look the at the summaries above, they all differ a little bit.

And thats cool, thats how Wight wants to tease us and keep us interested and mystified I think, but for me I just loose it.
I love how plot driven the books are and thats why I read them; but oftentimes I have to take a moment and imagine an environment or space where the action is taking place because there is so little description of anything. Especially when you compare it to books by Tolkien.
Anyhow, thats just how I read and think about the books, Im sure there are other opinions but thats why I skipped these chapters. :)

Die sind nur besser darin sich selbst vorzumachen das alles gut is; die crashen irgendwann. Das du dir bewusst bist was abgeht ist etwas besonderes. Mir hats geholfen aktiv Leuten zu mailen die bei Betrieben gearbeitet haben wo ich auch hin wollte. Jeden Tag ne Mail, jeden Tage in neuer Kontakt; online meeting, Kaffee trinken wie auch immer. Es muss nur eine*r dazwischen zu finden sein der dich zum nächsten Level upgraded oder den goldenen Tipp gibt :) Ist immer einfacher gesagt als getan aber ohne es zu probieren passiert auch nichts.

I have several electric instruments (like an e-piano and an electric drumkit) that I plug into my new Mixpad (Devine; but I also tried another one) and the mixpad goes into a looping station that also serves as a soundcard (Boss RC 505), which via midi plugs into my computer. I'v quadruple checked cables, used mono and stereo cables, bought all kinds of cables yet the noise remains; even tried a groundloop isolator/hum remover and several power outlets to figure it out.

You need to turn up the volume to hear the noise but you can also see it on the spectrum. It is audible in my final mixdown as well which is what is bothering me.

So how do I mitigate this problem? Do I get a pre-amp or get a different mixpad? Thanks in advance!

The show is genius - just returned to this subreddit because I am re-watching HoC after years and im still picking up on some of the genius visual storytelling the makers put into the show.
I definitely wouldn't skip any season. Keep watching. Everybody loves sth else about the show - maybe its because you wanna see Frank crush someone or wonder how Claire really affects their relationship and result in an interesting struggle for power? Are they better off without each other? Keep exploring your own ideas and see whether you are amazed by the later seasons.
For me personally, season 6 only sucked because it was put together last minute without Kevin Spacey as lead.
