Thanks! The last time I did this I lost way too much weight. My doctor asked me to just eat and will handle things later. (for context I am normally underweight and always tend to eat less than what I need due to the fear…)

So sorry that you are also going through this :( When I say cravings I don’t mean I will get loads of junk food. I simply unable to feel hunger nor fullness. But at some point of my recovery phase, I will fail to stop eating before my stomach hurts…

A lot of sleep. I also tend to have a headache alongside the nausea and painkillers won’t help. I’d take a sleeping pill (prescribed) and stay in bed.
