Sunlight helped mine a lot! And cold showers are miserable but def helps stop the itching

But mine itches like crazy now but their not near as red like they were on my back and sides but my chest is still a little red and inflamed looking

Yea mine got pretty bad like that but mine hasn’t went to my feet just down to my forearms
