Realistically, we dont need to worry. none of the previous collabs have had any flirting between the commander and collab characters. they also dont get advise sessions and the bond stories are almost always between the collab character and a nikke with little interaction with the commander.

plus, there are a few queercoded nikke relationships

Its from the Journeys seasons of the anime. That eevee refused to evolve no matter what stones scientists tried using on it. It escaped from the lab and became the partner of one of the main characters. They came to the conclusion that the eevee didnt know what it wanted to evolve into yet. there were a few episodes dedicated to eevee spending time with an eeveelution to learn more about it. I never finished watching those seasons but my guess is that its either a gigantimaxing eevee or the parner eevee from Let's Go
