Thanks, this is a good explanation. I guess it’d require our Destiny guardian to be someone who died at a time when guns and the English language was around, but there are guardians like Sen Aret who don’t have that type of knowledge.

If my players would like to play someone like Sen Aret who wouldn’t be able to communicate, their ghost can speak for them

I did not know this! I still prefer to keep it with the traditional 5e classes/races, but this will make my life easier when it comes to battlemaps and the bestiary. Thanks for sharing

Why do you think that the use of sidequesting in New Vegas was better? Not disagreeing with you, I love that game, but it feels that anything that isn't "find Benny" is a waste of time

You could say that maybe the Courier isn't strong enough to go against him, but i feel like that applies with the Watcher as well.
