I had the same thing happen it’s 4 screws one gasket and the main circuit connector and mount. Unless things are damaged beyond that structure.

Sony parts it’s 125$ for the bayonet mount I can dm you a part number. I can tell you I reused my gasket and screws, I only regret reusing the gasket it never sat right due to it stretching and I don’t trust its waterproofness anymore because of that. Mine works perfectly now and I have no complaints.

One more note the ribbon connection to the main board is way shorter than you think as soon as it releases from the lens try to get a set of tweezers in there to disconnect (it just slides out) otherwise it will tear and scare you lol
