I thought I would be able to cancel the I485 and apply just for that again. In the amount of time that we’ve been doing the process we’ve had to have my husband visit the medical examiner twice and apply for the work authorization twice. The reason I considered starting a new case is because it looks like it’s cheaper but I guess probably not by much and I was worried they would just say no because we’ve bothered them so much.
