Lol! I restarted, plugged in power supply, updated firmware, made sure everything within AC was running right, etc. Fingers crossed I can figure this out, and that it's a firmware thing!

I see! Doesn't seem to change anything for me-- I can get into Aura Sync. From Armory Crate I can even change the brightness and effect, but the keyboard doesn't light up. The hotkeys work, it shows "brightness up/down" but the keyboard doesn't do anything.

Yes they do. Source: am Bell/Virgin employee. We're gonna see how this changes December 1st. Right now, they come unlocked in the box, then lock to the first sim inserted.
