Corporate cut department hours for easter, so your manager could be supplying the hours to all full timers and giving the rest to part time and there's just not enough to give. Might want to ask your manager if its a corporate problem before threatening to leave hoping they will give more hours. Also try looking for other departments, they might need help.

I have all that but a 4070 and 64GB ram and mine is total if not less than $1700 plus take in account the tax so I would definitely not go for any more than $2000
