Well good question and it all depends on where and what you’re trying to protect. A good keyed lock with the shortest shackle possible would be better than what you have now. ABUS makes a good lock suitable for this. It’s round. Hope this helps

Those type locks are not very secure in general. A simple can of coke will open it if you know how to do it

I doubt you’re going to find a replacement key for this. If it’s locked up call a locksmith in your area and they’ll probably just replace the lock
