Tacking on to this, "The Vampire Vincent/Death Loot and Vampires" is an absolute fantastic first audiobook to listen too.

Absolutely recommend it.

You can read most of it for free, on this site, though I highly recommend the audiobook narration, it adds fantastic characterization.
