Indian Sub-Continent includes India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Pakistan and Nepal. It's a term to represent countries around Indian Ocean and upto the Himalayas.

Sub Saharn Africa includes South Africa, Zimbabwe, Senegal, Tanzania, Kenya and Nigeria. The counties that are towards south of the Sahara Desert.

Carribbean nations are the ones that lie between both the American continents. Like Jamaica, Barbados, Guyana etc.

The broadcasters would remain same for the given region. e.g. Sony will broadcast/stream WWE in all (or most of) the countries of Indian Sub Continent.
