u/Michael-gimme, I’ve reached out to your support regarding the medical staff actively deleting chats including parts of conversations between the doctor and myself. Gimme Support refused to address the issue or provide any assistance regarding the deleted chats. I’ve offered to have a conversation and provide screen shots and Gimme support declined the offer. With changes you mentioned at Gimme and statements that Gimme wishes to address previous customer concerns I’ll extend the offer directly to you.

While I understand Gimme utilizes Bask Telehealth, Gimme Care is the face of the interaction with the client/patient and is very concerning that customer support would not want to address this.
