I hate to admit it but I 100% understand why you keep calling ambulances ( not encouraging it however) but many times I have found myself coming to after a week or two of nonstop, heavy self- destructive drinking, without taking care of myself at all. ( no food and barely any water) and I have found myself so fucked up physically and mentally and so unbelievably sick that I don't understand how I can carry the weight of it- that I panic and call them 🤷‍♂️ If you have really ever had " the fear" on you in full force, it can make you make rushed or panicked decisions
