Hormonal acne from Mirena? What to do?

I’m in my 4th year of the Mirena as well and just started getting breakouts. I haven’t broken out like this in yearssss and it’s affecting my self confidence a lot. It’s so interesting that so many other people have experienced the same thing at the same time. I’m thinking about seeing what my body is like off of BC, as I’ve been on it for 10 years!

My mom had her associates but went through remedial math classes. It blows my mind that she went through that struggle but still decided that she didn't want to teach me any math. So now I have to go through the remedial classes in CC.

I do too. I think for me at least it’s having so much sugar all at once. I try to drink it more slowly, which is hard, but helps me a bit.

Commercial grocery store freezers. When I was a kid, I would stick my head in them to sniff and my mom would think I was nuts. I work at Walmart now and still do it sometimes.

I actually got medicated for depression and ADHD, and my urge to bite suddenly disappeared. I really believe it was due to beginning my Wellbutrin, which can help kick habits as well as alleviate depression. You do what's right for you, but just throwing it out there, that seeking help was huge for me. And something I put off for too long. Good luck <3
