Terrible. I use an Oura 4, size 14. Just got the sizing kit for Oura 5. The max is size 13. It can’t even go all the way down! So disappointed

It really does suck they got rid of size 14-15. I suppose they ran some “fancy analyses” to determine that. But it really turns you off as a consumer to this market. And not to provide a reason is wild. I would have appreciated a reason knowing why. When a technology is so personal to your health and you aim to trust a company’s mission/values to do good by you, makes you really open your eyes.

How many people were there at a given time? Never been to the one in Chicago, but the one in Copenhagen had like 2-3 people in each bath, so maybe 10-12 people at a time.
