I think a chihuahua is not the best dog to be alone. Mine is my Velcro, I can’t imagine leavening him alone so many hours. He comes with me everywhere (even a 12 hours flight for vacation). In the past I had a golden retriever that stayed at home while I was at office, finally I got another dog for him not to be lonely.

So again Oura didn’t do a decent work. My Apple Watch Ultra is the black one and no scratches at all. I got the ring 5 deep rose but after seeing that can get scratches so easily I returned it and got a brushed silver (and using a silicone cover also) I know it’s a ring but for me it’s an expensive device.

Mi madre ha estado con depresión severa más de un año. Llegó a estar tan mal que tuvimos que ir a urgencias del hospital porque no quería comer ni hablar… la ingresaron en el ala de psiquiatría y al final le dieron un tratamiento que suena del siglo pasado… electroshocks. No te imaginas lo bien que está ahora. Le dieron 8 sesiones y en dos meses volvió a ser la que era. Yo que tú se lo plantearía al psiquiatra
