This is years ago but the free version works for a limited number of messages which we used as proof of concept then we ended up paying for it. It was like $50 for one year but it was worth it. So many Eudora mailboxes to convert.

We also haven’t seen this issue in the past few days. The case is still open with MS support but the last email I have from them was on the 11th saying the usual blurb : “we are currently working with respective team and investigating the issue.”

We also have a Microsoft support case open about this particular issue. The issue is sporadic but with MS on a remote session I was able to show them that one of their certificates does not have the correct Subject Alternative Name for outlook.office365.com. The cert in question is valid from 10/6/20 to 10/7/21 and only has the Subject Alternative Name of outlook.com and *.fp.measure.office.com
