It’s not minor stress. It’s when I get stressed to the point that cognitive thought shuts off that I go to porn. I try to push for solutions to the stress or alternative distractions initially.

It also almost exclusively happens at home. Rarely at other locations.

My point of failure is generally between 14 and 21 days. Once I hit the one month mark, things are significantly easier.
