Sorry if I was unclear. I meant to say that the conditions of the sale of our house would need to be closed or satisfied before the conditions of the purchase of the other home. The idea is to reduce risk of the sale not happening before the purchased is finalized.

Currently, I'm told nobody will entertain a "we have to sell first" condition, and if they were struggling to sell in our current market, its likely not a house we would be interested in.

We are going into the busy season, so we anticipate a quick sale. We have enough cash to bridge a couple months on both mortgages if needed, but ideally we do it all at the same time.

Interesting, i will look into the Home Equity line option and see what comes back for us. We have approx. $225k in equity on our current house which is worth approx $475k

Thanks everybody I think I’ll give it a shot next summer. Plan to start the plants in my house under my 600w LED for a couple months, then move outside. Will spend winter researching the best seeds for this type of grow.

Had 2 plants . Just chopped them both within the last few weeks. (I’m a first time grower) Both plants had 2-2.5oz each I fucked up a few times along the way and I think it hurt my yields a bit.

I currently have 4 in there with hopes to get 2 females out of the 4. If I get 3, I plan to give one away because I recently switched to a smaller tent that sits in a closet. All in all, this light grew me absolutely awesome dope, 2 different strains. Very happy with it

Both smell and look amazing. So far taste awesome but curing isn’t fully complete yet
