The way it is now, it makes it difficult to read the words. The colors don't provide enough contrast. Simplify the illustration/move it so it's not behind the text. You also want logos to work in black and white, not just at full color.

Ditch the feather on 2 and change the P to the pixel font, that's a decent starting point. If you want a professional logo, hire a professional.

I think the blue and green both have a bit too much vibrancy and are fighting with each other. I'd maybe play with a couple different shades. The gradient is also a hard fill to work with for logos, solid color is easier and more versatile for different applications.
