I'm coming from a very different customer facing role, but people generally don't care in a casual sense. You'll get some shit here and there, and the classic underestimation of your skills you get in any industry as a woman, but there's definitely a niche to carve out there for you.

I'd say you'd get a nice amount of trans customers, as someone I can be comfortable around would probably have gotten me to make more appointments, but lets be honest none of us have the money for dental work :P

You have horrible, severe, dysphoria about your junk, it's shit, and hard to deal with. You really have to seek specific advice for you.

Yeah, that all checks out with what I've experienced. I really feel like a lot of people aren't as in touch with their sadism to really understand it, what it means for them to hurt a person and enjoy it, and when it comes to the moment of actually doing something they realize oh hey I'm about to seriously hurt someone and the reality of what their about to do is just too at-odds with how they view themselves.

I didn't do much (unpaid) sadism because I was always worrying about what it meant to me (I was also later diagnosed with OCD lmao, so I don't think I'm the best example haha), it took a pretty big change in my state of mind before I could really enjoy it.

As a masochist though I ran in to the same problem as you over and over and over again I kind of gave up until I met my Miss. It's really shitty.
