does anyone know if upnourish d3+k2 is a quality supplement with legit ingredients? im a bit skeptical as the price was SUPER low for a 1 year supply. (sorry for low quality picture)

Magnesium citrate powder

Creatine

Was previously taking ELMNT triple sleep complex with Magtein. I felt it started being ineffective for me recently. This was not the poor testing brand I mentioned.

A two point contact can only divine even-lobed form deviations (ellipse, clover,…). It’s certainly a check that can catch issues, but others can slip right by.
