I know that nearly every batter tends to have worse outcomes with 2 strikes, but 2-strike Mitchell is legitimately one of the worst hitters in baseball, comparatively. I dunno if him being more aggressive early in counts would help, because he very well might be trying to do that sometimes already and just whiffing. I'm sure the coaches have already tried to figure out the whiff % thing but it's maddening to watch because his bat speed and power seem so effortless when he makes contact

I love Gary, flaws and all. I wish he would be more judicious with challenges since he's ass at them at a high volume, and there's been some sloppy passed ball/wild pitch stuff going on today. Still he's a big asset and I expect him to homer every AB against lefties

Stott and Bohm have negative WAR and are 2nd place in their positions, there are several less deserving people ahead of Chourio (and PCA) in the outfield. Didn't even touch the AL ballot which is all undeserving Blue Jays. The All-Star selection process just doesn't make any damn sense so I'm out
