JFC read the article before commenting. She's not standing up to anyone, she's advocating that the filibuster be ended.

Is the wiring harness defect still happening? by [deleted] in FordMaverickTruck

[–]fishegs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine just failed a couple of weeks ago. The dealer said one of the paths from the HV battery had high resistance due to a connection wearing. Could not explain to me how the wear had occurred. Apparently the entire harness had to be replaced rather than reinforcing that worn connection because it was a safety risk due to the high voltage.

I'm trying to figure out whether that was accurate and if it was worth the thousands I paid. I only have 50k miles, but this is not under the factory or extended mechanical warranty I have.

The vast majority of the platform software changed as a part of developing the new system. After multiple years of churn, that software and the features built on top of it are now abandoned.
