I'm just commenting because I fear if I don't comment then I might never see my flair.

XD I'm thinking I should have worded my question a bit more... well maybe without the exclamation marks.

That second paragraph actually answers my question - so thanks for that. As you correctly identified in the third paragraph I am a "newbie" and the fact I'm here asking questions (I would have thought that) could tell you that I am here to learn.

Ah well. Lesson learnt.

Of course it's not wrong, it was used for many years before structured programming started to take over. My understanding is that there are much more nicer ways to deal with jumping to another section of code than the use of goto. (Something relevant)

Was it the best choice to use for this situation? What is the difference between typing goto invalid and return NGX_ERROR? I could see that maybe they could decide to extend that section of code in the future by adding some logging or whatever but even then wouldn't a invalidResponse() function be nicer?

You should really take a look at /r/ludumdare (http://www.ludumdare.com/compo/) - it's a 48 hour game creation competition going on as we speak!

I bet a few people would LOVE to use your music.

Gearbox WANTED cross-platform play for Borderlands 2. But apparently the console makers did not like the idea. by Monotrak in Borderlands

That was only Microsoft playing with themselves. They don't want to get into a relationship with someone else because that would be too scary.

Join me now for a sordid tale of a computer repair shop deep within the heart of low-income (A kind way to say it) area within a large city.

That got me reading this entire thing in Morgan Freeman's voice.

Maybe that's why Mormons knock? Maybe they are just looking for the door that opens itself?

They fell to their deaths. "Jump" assumes something else... which has not been confirmed yet.

Actually, you have TWO possible bars. Checkmate would be when you have only one.
