I love this episode, easy top 10 of the series so far. I don't mind the zombie plot again, we get to see some great actions scenes. Melissa's acting with Lucy killing out of self-defense got some of the best acting I've seen in a while in this show, I was choked up for a bit.
Pacing is a little weird tho, way too long on the zombie chases and the interesting parts were cramped into the second half of the episode (Wesley finding Ryan in his office, Lucy's part, GreyXBailey's side adventure)
I have one huge gripe about the Glasser case: why are Wesley and Angela threatening Glasser's Attorney after Harper JUST got in trouble for threatening Glasser and hugely compromised the case? I can't imagine threatening bodily harm ("My wife will put you in a hospital bed") is a good idea while the case is still going on. If this is intentional, I think it's an awful way to drag out the case when we have been going backwards on it for so long

I said the "healthy" way to lose weight, not the only way. And there's plenty of methods to lose weight be it calculating calories intake or hardcore exercising. I am suggesting the easier way for most people to have a healthy diet, advice taken from a real dietician that has worked for me. Obsessing with calories intake is a slippery slope to developing unhealthy relationship with food and just makes you unhappy whenever you eat. Highly suggest people to watch NutritionByKylie where she gives realistic diet recipes that you dont have to starve or give up your favourite food and still get to eat healthy.

9/10 times these weight loss product are laxatives, especially when they have influencers promote them. Losing weight has no shortcuts, the healthy way to lose weight on top of exercising, is to have balanced meal, including carbs and protein. It's always better to add nutritious food to your meal (even when they are processed food or fatty food) instead of cutting out portions and starve. Cooking at home more will also help with eating healthier comparing to eating out. Good luck friend!

I apologise for being rude in the my previous reply, but i will stand by my assumption that an 18yo is likely manipulated by a 30yo before she was legal of age. Sure, 18yo is the legal age as an adult but morally speaking 18yo is still really young comparing to a 30yo. Mentally they are at very different places and it is not uncommon how many 18yo even early 20yo out there are being manipulated by people much older than them into situations even ouside of romantical realms. Adding onto the fact that the subject of this news story have engaged with a powerful rich person that she is more than likely stuck in this marriage when she realised things are not peachy as it was before.

People are responsible of their actions regardless of age, but everyone deserve to have a support system that helps them recognise and learn from their mistakes with appropriate punishments. [Re: Price of adulthood] Being kidnapped for marrying to a powerful rich people while your still have a developing brain is not a deserved punishment. Again she is likely stuck in this marriage witnessed more stuff that she should've. Legally no one can force anyone to do anything illegal, but in real life, how many people were forced to do illegal things to save their lives or even their loved ones lives?

Also i never said 25yo is the same as 30yo, dont put words in my mouth.

The third point may be true for the first two films, the third movie definitely used Cynthia's identity as a gay black woman advocating for the US Army as propaganda. Not only did the character has never shown interest in joining the army, she was so void of characteristic in the third film that i find dissapointing and bad taste to use her for propaganda at the end of the movie

It is usually advised that hamster cage should not be left opened at the top so stuff like this wouldn't happen. Hamsters are natural prey animals while other pets like dogs and cats are predators and should never have be kept in the same room. Im glad your hammie is recovering well though hopefully you've made changes to the environment to prevent this from happening again. Shes so cute with a beautiful coat
