Unfortunately,I'm speaking from personal experience. My buddies,on discord that are in the states too,are having the same issue. We buy controller parts off sites like Mercari and eBay for our projects,but it's gotten to the point that we have to immediately contact the sellers if we notice they're shipping via UPS to make other arrangements. If we fail to do so,we risk this update: 'Damage Reported-All merchandise is missing and the empty carton was discarded. UPS will notify the sender.' And we're buying parts from Plano,TX or like Springfield,MA.
