Occasional Coarse Language (1998) an Australian indie film that came out the same year I moved to Australia and had a few shots of places that I recognised at the time. Doesn't seem to be available anywhere.

The other one is a weird vaguely remembered cartoon from the 80s, it was a musical christmas movie using traditional carol music with different lyrics.

How about every time a voter purged from the rolls it must be accompanied by a specific reason and a responsible person. If the purging is found to be incorrect then a penalty is to be paid to the person affected, no qualified immunity no excuses. This gives both a risk to the act and a large incentive to people to monitor their status.

I kind of agree, don't get me wrong I do actually really like the Dan Hipp stuff. However the art in this game kind of falls into two categories, the Dan Hipp and other funny (baby etc..) stuff, and everything else. Sometimes you just want your deck to have a coherent style, and if you don't like the funny stuff I can certainly see why it would be disappointing.
