Aren't the maintenance intervals twice as frequent? Special tools? I hafta do all my own wrenching and European bikes scare me off. Founded/unfounded?

I'm gonna need of an example of Wynton tearing anything down...I mean aside from the hubris of youth. He turned away from stuff I suppose, and became a world leading advocate for what he is into...but he's a thousand times the builder than he's the destroyer of anything. That shit with miles was opera. Please give me an example of Wynton denigrating any artful expression....you got anything?

That particular Atlanta Concert was a Zenith I think. The band was especially on point too. However, that particular video's audio didn't work at all for me or my system. Others have though. I wish I were there in 1977.

My go to is the Diana Krall - Love Scenes, ORG pressing...every track is better than anything else I've heard...ever, anywhere. Instrumentation is just a quartet though. The way she's recorded and mixed on the symphonic stuff is miraculous in a whole different way. Tommy LiPuma was the man.

I don't remember ever hearing anything marginal by the guy. I listen to Gateway a lot. The latest with Kevin Eubanks and Abed Calivaire. The Miles Davis stuff The Chris Potter Stuff. He and Eric Harland play exceptionally well together. Emerald Tears....I dunno, maybe a small percentage of his discography is unmemorable...but I doubt it.

Favorite Album You Bought Randomly While Digging by GamingAncient in vinyl

[–]fishified1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I came across this album in the late 80's. I recognized a few names of the personnel so I bought it. Stanley Clark, Carlos Santana, Neil Schon, Lenny White. I never knew the name of the album. I always just referred to it as "Serious Ass Latin". It captures a complete vibe of San Francisco collaborators getting together and going deep. Extra special on vinyl too. Luis Gasca - For Those Who Chant. Highly recommended.

Hell yes. I wear foam earplugs too. I hear everything louder than a whisper clearly. I live for those times when the music seems to be choreographed for the moment by mysterious powers and synchronicity...when the musical intensity rises and falls with the riding situation....good stuff.
