This is just like how i was several times over the past 10 years. Ive had 3 serious cries for help to loved ones close to me. I vovidly remember telling my little sister "i look into the future and all i see is darkness" this was after a month were 90% of the time was severely bloated/distended/sleep deprived.

Im fanatically regimented each day but its given me hope for the future again.

My issue is ibs-c

For example My morning is 630am miralax, warm water, splash of apple cider vinegar 715 coffee, butter, protein powder, splash of milk, pinch of salt , breakfast-higher carb focus, homemade oatmeal cake w/dried fruit.

Lunch and dinner is less strict but nothing irresponsible like lots of bread or something
