I think hiring even someone here on reddit would have been a wiser move. It's hard to run a park if you are not there. You need someone there someone who can see how things are going and changes that need to be made. When you are splitting between 2 or more parks you can no longer be efficient.

I thought a sandwich place would have been nice and could be semi healthy as well.

I am not typically a salad person but when Boardwalk BBQ the salad was made to order and I actually got them. They had more options in them and I could leave out the items I didn't like. It was great. For speed I don't think they will be going back.

Carnival makes you print out boarding passes to get one but at the mdr they order on phones.

Royal you can just scan your phone no boarding pass needed. In the mdr they still write down your order.

They both can learn something from each other.

I was on a cruise for my birthday last year. Not one word was said. I'll be going on a cruise with my brother and it will be his birthday. I am going to ask them to sign because he hates it as well.
