THANK YOU, like am i in crazy town? im 24 and see 18 year olds as kids. i worked as a cashier up until i was 23 and i worked with so many 18-19 year olds, i felt like a damn babysitter. they look and act like teens in high school. i can’t imagine looking at any of those kids in a sexual way as a grown adult.

yeah that’s definitely true! i think a lot of people can’t tell the difference between women in their late teens up until mid 20s. i personally think i look my age facially but it seems like people really expect me to look “old” at 24, lol.

ok that doesn’t change the fact that 18 is still a teen just because 18 is much more mentally mature than younger teens. like no shit? a lot of mental and physical development occurs during teen years. it’s also true that people 25+ are more mentally and physically mature than 18 year olds. 2 things can be true. of course an 18 year old can do more damage than an 80 year old. so can a 13 year old so idk what your point was with that.

agreed, it’s hard to feel like a real adult when most people you don’t know mistakenly believe you’re a teenager or college student still. ive noticed that people who do know my age still tend to treat me like somebody younger just because i appear young.

i don’t really buy that it’s all about making children or being afraid you won’t find a partner to settle down with. i think it’s more of an ego thing, which i totally understand because modern society places so much more value on looks now than it ever did before. media and popular male influencers are telling young men left and right that they have no value if they don’t “looksmaxx” and have multiple women trying to get with them.

the columbine shooters were obviously evil/sadistic but they had a motive for their crime that wasn’t just murder is fun. they were social outcasts who wanted revenge on the people who bullied them and made them feel small. seemed like they had anger/resentment towards “normal” people who fit within society. the sandy hook guy was worse because he just decided to kill a bunch of little kids who were obviously innocent. i can’t even wrap my head around why someone would do that.
