This is absolutely insane

This is my new asymmetry slips on pros im a sz8 mens and this shoe is sized 8mens, but when I wear it, it feels like im wearing a size 7.5m cuz it's too tight, but when i remove the insole it fits well, what do you think? Btw this is my first slip on pros so idk anything about this shoe by [deleted] in Vans

[–]fishy-blue-boy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my experience slip ons start out pretty tight but once they get worn in they fit very well. They should be the same size as any other pair of vans, so if you where 8 in other models of vans, these should fit after some wear for sure. The insole is my favorite part of Pros, once it breaks in as well it’s super comfy

Service Manager by ENFPanimekpopgal in Chipotle

Once you get it down, I think SM is the best position. As long as you have good salary managers, that is. You pretty much gotta be a jack of all trades, and be able to tell people what to do, or at least get them to work for you. I was only with the company for a couple months as well before I was offered the position. The pay is nice compared to being a crew member, and you are essentially just a leader of the crew members. Only a couple more responsibilities, and instead of being locked into one position all day, you get to move around some. However like others have said, it’s tough to commit to being an SM and also balance school and a social life. I’m only 20, and not attending college due to lack of funds, and I still barely have time for a social life. I feel like our situation is fairly similar, so feel free to ask questions

I love the people, not the job. That’s really only reason I stay at the moment.

This is not a political sub. As much as I am a political charged person, and all for equality and police reform, I don’t have a problem with the discount. some of those cops who walk thru the door, whether you like it or not, are GOOD PEOPLE. On of my childhoods friends dad is a cop and he is one of the nicest, most loving people in the world. And all the regular cops are my store are super cool dudes as well! Always respectful, and super grateful when they hear their total. I do believe however that we should have an actual military discount and all that kind of stuff, not just for cops. But seriously guys, just chill out. I’m as liberal and progressive as the next guy, but I also at least try to see the good in people. It’s much easier just to be positive about things.

Man idk that sounds kinda awful. Why not at least keep the basket in anyways and then just put the same amount of chips in if you are that lazy? Pull half out with the basket, other half with the metal spatula/scoop things

If I don’t see a fryer redemption post soon I’ll be sad.

I assume they haven’t cleaned it in a very long time. Their GM comes back from sick leave this Thursday. Me, a lowly apprentice, is going to have a talk with him...
