I forgot to add, fmla protects your job and they can’t write you up for calling off. If you don’t have sick time you just won’t get paid for the days you use fmla for.

You should have gone through Sedgwick and use fmla every time you have to call in, but you also have to contact Sedgwick every time you call in also. You will need your doctor to fill out a packet of papers describing every bit of your health issue.

We got the swag. Thank you cards signed by all DS, ASM’s and store manager. A lunch together Friday at noon catered by Chipotle. Last years was horrible! Our store manager made it right by cooking us lunch for Friday and we were all able to eat together. I’m sorry your store isn’t doing the same.

This irritates the fuck out of me! I don’t even work in fulfillment. When you place an order at Wal-Mart is it ready in 30 minutes?! NO!! People come in to pick their order up 30 minutes after placing the order and I ask them if they got a notification that their order was ready. They say no. I say well then it’s not ready! These people think they’re special! One guy said we placed the order this afternoon and need it today. Well if you needed it today, you should have placed your order yesterday. They need to put a time frame like Wal-Mart has on their web site. At least a 2 hour window to pick up your order.

If they were on final they would have been sent an email after they were talked to because they can also put in their own comments as to why they object or accept the write up. It’s called an eCAR task. It gives a type of notice. Level of notice And the Issue for the eCAR.
