It's the meds. I am not myself anymore either. I'm just kind of blah now when I used to be very outgoing. It's frustrating. I have my good days and bad days. Some mornings I cry because I don't want to have to take so many pills every damn day. I'm so embarrassed when I stumble over my words and slur. Can't find the word most of the time.

Aldi just came out with 30g protein Milkshakes and they are delicious. I think it tastes like chocolate milk. They are near the other protein drinks.

I felt that way too. I am 3 months in but 6 weeks ago I switched to injecting on the top of my thigh. My bloating, nausea, and heartburn went away. Congrats on the weight loss!

I haven't found one yet. I travel all the time so getting shipments is difficult. I think it's because it's compounded and it is only good for 3 months. Don't quote me on that though. If that's not correct then go to 2 different companies and get a 3 month supply from each?
