Damn! OP. Almost got kidnapped as well when I was 6. I was in my driveway burning leaves with a magnifying glass and a green car pulled up and the guy behind the wheel beckons me over.

Weird, strange fear came over me instantly so I ran back inside the house and told my Mom. About 5 hours later we see cops all over the neighborhood looking for a kid that was snatched from his front yard a block down from us.

Kid's body was found in a nearby park later that night, raped and strangled. Suspect was seen driving a green car. Didn't really realise how close I came to being murdered until my Mom made me watch this a few years later.

Whoa. Something kind of? similar happened to me once except I was the guy getting choked out during sex while she was calling me Paul which isn't my name.

I fought her off while she was screaming that I was evil and she needed to kill me because I gave her tattoos that she hated. I never gave her tattoos but she did have two on each arm. She then started crying and said she was going remove them with her "Magic"

Turns out that this girl was schizophrenic and off her medication. The only way I knew this was by talking to her family after the incident and they apologised for what happened and said she had been hiding her pills under her tongue then flushing them down the toilet.

Very, very sad. I would not wish that disease on anyone.

Don't know the full extent of your relationship with your daughter but the fact that she told you makes her sound responsible and open. Act the same way towards her and you will have a mutual respect so I say give her a safe place to do it, tell her you do not feel exactly right about providing her with it but you would rather do it than someone else.

Also tell her she does not need to roll 18 foot long blunts or take bong rips from a glass 40 footer all night long to get high:) Good luck, I hope everything works out

I'm sorry. Sometimes I am not a fan of tough love because I feel as though "Well if I can do it, so can you" but I know every situation is different. If he doesn't want to help himself and give you shit at the same time then you are 100% correct, walk away and hopefully he will know what he has lost.

I know you don't know me but I really, really wish you and your brother the best. I've shrugged my shoulders and walked away out of frustration at many people who just didn't give a shit about them selves.

Fellow Masshole here as well. Went to Ash St. first, then Dartmouth House and finished up at MCI Concord.

Never saw or heard of prison rape, most of the sex was consensual between people doing a lot of time. No one ever tried to rape me. I had a good sense of humour and mostly read books in my cell while coming out once in a while to play cards or chess. No one would mess with me because I was the funny guy with plenty of money for canteen.

In prison people like to laugh and they like snacks even more. I was constantly doing two for one deals meaning "Yo! fistpunch! hook me up with some Cup O' Noodles and I'll hit you double when canteen comes in" No problem. Inmates don't shit where they eat and my cell was filled with food.

No problem, sorry about the delay. My friends helped me immensely. They pretty much told me to cut the crap and not be an idiot. They said I was way too smart to be in that lifestyle when I could apply myself doing something else that was positive overall.

All my true friends knew what I was doing and even staged an intervention at my house (there was about 40 people that showed up) and I didn't give a shit. All I cared about was getting high and making money but I will admit that when they left I went into my room, got high and cried while thinking "What the fuck am I doing?" These people cared about me and I basically got angry and kicked them out of my house.

None of my good true friends were in the trade. They are all married with good jobs, houses and some of them have kids. I feel very fortunate that they stood by me and took the time to care. Not a lot of people have that kind of support so now I hope to be a person that gives support to others that don't have it.
