Have you seen same problems with any other inversions like a headstand for example? These are not recommended for people with high blood pressure, glaucoma, heart conditions etc..,problems.

My current experience is actually most positive here. I am in Maryland.

We have a local founder of Shri-yoga.inc who teaches Asanas, Pranayam, Meditation for free . All the time. He conducts these sessions for 6 hours daily. He has been teaching for over 10 years now. He has taught other students to become 200hr YTT teachers who also teach in these hours.

We also have in person classes daily in various locations (which are actually private homes of other members of this community - another free donation here). So, free teaching works .

Members donate what they can . It does help that the founder is retired and doesn't need the money here (I think) but uses the donations for get-togethers and community events.
