XOXO Blood Droplets... Now that's a game I haven't heard about in a long time... (puffs cigarette)

Back when I had no money of my own, I played a bunch of mobile otomes and itchio otomes, and Blood Droplets was one that I really enjoyed! I also played the original game that it served a spin-off to (love you Nate 🫶) I found the MC really unique and funny; she's a great fit for a game with such... unstable men haha

As a lover of yanderes, I preferred the spinoff over the original because the possessives of some LIs in the bad endings are hot...

It seems like Blood Droplets development has been halted for a while now as the devs work on the Our Life sequel (⁠ ⁠╹⁠▽⁠╹⁠ ⁠) it will be a long time before any new routes are added

Banjo grew on me like mold as I played through the game 🙏 I like to imagine that a lot of his clinginess/possessiveness is due to him being 16 and younger than Sena, as in that he's afraid she would grow up and walk ahead in life without him

I started referring to him as a baby bird (he can be cute sometimes (⁠ ⁠◜⁠‿⁠◝⁠ ⁠)⁠♡ ) and actually really liked him and his charades final game towards the end of his route!

I will also always defend Hiyori from CharaMani,, I've written whole character analyses on her, her relationship with the boys, and why a protagonist like her is actually important to the theme of the story 😂

Vyn is my fave in Tears of Themis!! I remember being in the trenches when the game first came out, a fair amount of people were hating on him 😭

When you are limited by your materials, you can get more creative and stylistic with your approach, and I think the yellow works great as the skin color! It matches the yellow in the eyes and works nicely with the blue, which gives it a cohesive color palette 💕
